What we run
A marketplace on escrow rails
Open Lance is an escrow-protected freelance marketplace. Clients post work or buy fixed-price Drop-In services, freelancers apply with a flat bid, and every engagement is funded before it starts.
The platform is operated by Brilliant Systems LLC. It handles the parts of freelancing that usually go wrong: whether the budget is real, when the money moves, and who decides when something is disputed.
Why Open Lance exists
Freelancing should be fair. That means keeping what you earn (0% commission), getting paid the moment work’s approved, and never gambling on whether the money will actually arrive. Open Lance makes that the default, not the exception.
Fair to both sides
Every job is funded into escrowbefore it starts, so freelancers know the money’s there, and clients only pay for work they approve. Instant release on the freelancer side, full control on the client side, and fair mediation when something goes wrong.
